I've got a PC in front of my with the spec of:

CPU: Intel I7 - 2600
Motherboard: Chicago IPISB-CH2
RAM: Unbranded 16gb. 2 x 4GB - 1333mhz.
GPU: EVGA 550Ti.

It works fine with 550Ti in there but as soon as I put the 750Ti in, it causes a boot loop and beeps at me. It's got the latest BIOS 2011. The PSU is fine to power it, could the board/BIOS be saying no to newer hardware?

I can't :( there is a 'new' one from 2013 but when I update it. It stays on the same 7.12 BIOS when the 2013 version is 7.15.

And the other motherboard we bought to overcome this, doesn't work :(
