PC won't boot

Just formatted and installed Vista and that wen't okay, but when I rebooted it won't come back up.

I removed the DVD from the drive, when I boot, the screen is black and the fan (can't tell which one(s)) sound like they are going full pelt - they usually ramp up but then quieten down.

I don't even get BIOS - so I don't think it's related to Vista as it doesn't get anywhere near the OS.

I checked the DVI cable and that seems fine.

Don't know what to try next? :confused:

It's been powered off for about 15 mins now, I'll go upstairs and try restarting it now.

Can you tell me how to reset the BIOS?

Okay I tried the power but that didn't work - but I noticed that the PSU switch was still on so I switched it back off and turned that off too - will try turning on again in 10 mins or so.

I have the A8R32-MVP Deluxe.

Resetting the BIOS fixed it, I'm back in Vista now and can carry on my install.
