PC won't Boot

Hi,
Switched on my pc 2day (spec in sig)
it passes bios and starting to load ...

and stuck's there...was waiting about 30min, still on loading!
unpluged all cables, tried to set different bios settings (oc, default) ...
still the same!

can someone help me?

The dreaded vista Black screen of death.

I re-installed the OS but I only built my machine the day before.

Have you tried booting in safe mode and tried system restore??!

system restore will delete all programs/games/files/music/movies/etc. ?

no system restore basicaly just rolls back last changes, driver updates etc, youre thinking system repair. You need to get into windows first though to run restore, as daniel said have you tried booting in safe mode?

tried safe mode with network, didn't help, now trying safe mode.

nope, safe mode does not load, maybe Ican pdate bios?
