As above my friends pc wont boot anymore and needs some advice.
Here's what happened :-
He was in a rush going out and went to turn off his pc but instead of shutting down he hit the switch user icon instead , so to save time just turned the pc off at the psu.
Now we've all done it and tbh i would have thought that all that would have happened is that he would have got the message " your pc did'nt shut down properly last time what do you want to do" and a list of options i.e start in safe mode blah blah blah
But when he went to turn it back on again it would'nt even boot to bios screen , His pc has been fine up till this point no issues at all.
His spec is as follows,
[email protected] , CellShock (4x1GB)8500 , BFG 280 GTX , Asus Rampage Formula X48 , Seasonic M12 Modular 700W ,Western Digital VelociRaptor 300GB 3 x Samsung SpinPoint F1 1TB , Custom water cooling, Vista 64
I hope someone can shed some light on this for him as he's pulling his hair out not being able to use it
