PC won't boot at all. Have tried re-seating all components. The LED indicators seem to do behave differently even when I change nothing between boots. GPU fan stops spinning after a few seconds. Have attached a video, the looping of fan noise and red and orange LED's are quite consistent but sometimes it just does the loop forever, sometimes it stops with just a white LED lit and a couple of times none of the LED's stayed lit but still nothing worked. The power supply is a Cooler Master Silent Pro Modular 700w.
