Just built a mate a PC and it won't display from the hdmi or DVI can't get hold of VGA just yet. Anyone got any ideas for the issue.

The board is an Asus p8h67 mle with a 2500k in it.

I am guessing you have not connected a separate PCI-e graphics card?

Do you get any beeps?
Do fans spin?

1) remove CPU and reseat it.
2) make sure RAM is correctly fitted.
3) make sure all PSU cables are connected correctly (both 24 and 8 pin connectors).
4) try resetting the BIOS, in case the default setting disabled the on-CPU graphics.
5) try removing any non-necessary devices (i.e. single stick of RAM, PCI cards, USB devices).

The Asus p8h67 has no built in display outputs so he has to be using a 'proper' video card that he has failed to tell us about.

when I built my last pc this happened I was taking the ram out and putting it back on franticly posting on here and I had plugged the hdmi in the mother board instead of the gpu

that was a scary couple of hours

Yes, the -M LE is an m-ATX version with onboard VGA/DVI.

Does seem a little strange though that the DVI wouldn't work without drivers.

robwigan - yep, did that and wondered why my 980Ti wasn't working...
