PC wont load up? Need help.

Hello,

First of all my PC would load up to the windows loading screen then flash blue then restart and do the same again. Then my PC wouldnt even come on, so i bought a new motherboard now my PC wont load up, it gets to a screen that tells me to select boot device or insert boot media. so i inserted my windows xp disc and then it just goes to another screen that first said - Can not boot from cd and it said another time internal memory error.

Been trying to sort it out for a while just have not got round to it.

Really appreciate any help that can me give.

First thing to try is the RAM. If you have 2 sticks then try each one seperately to see of one is bad. The problem doesn't sound like PSU, CPU, video or Hard Drive - so RAM would be the first one on the list, IMO. It also sounds like a bad overclock - is everything at stock settings?

Thanks a lot for your help, my stock settings should be fine, i have not touched them so ill try the ram now and will get back to you guys ASAP.

Ok, just tried the swapping the ram and it still dont work? any other suggestions?
