You won't need anything that powerful unless your planing some major updates.

Antec TruePower 650w

or

Corsair HX 650w

These would be my sugestions.

You may get away with a lower powered psu, but these give a bit of headroom.

Well where to start, tested psu with voltage meter I borrowed and found not getting a stable voltage. Surprised it hasn't effected my system before all this I have not overclocked at all and with all other devices I have connected

looks like I've found the problem
