Ram is corsair vengeance.

All fans and everything seems to be powered on but i get no beep and no video. Tryed taking all ram out and testing it that didint work . Tryed just 1 ram and that didint work. I then Tryed powering on without the graphics card that didint work.

Is the 4790k devils canyon compatible with my mb or do i need to flash the bios or something ?
 
This is a new build? its never worked before?

Z97 is compatible with the CPU out of the box.

Do you have the 24pin and 8pin ATX connected into the board.

Both PCI-E connectors into the video card?
 
If you have all the connectors plugged in.

Then take the GFX card out and connect the monitor directly into the rear of the board.
 
Also clearing the CMOS may help (power off, take battery out, make a brew, refit and try again).
