PC won't power on - need help

PC shutdown out of the blue, no blue screen or error the power just went. Now when I press the power button no lights come on and there's no noise. What steps should I take now being as I have little computer knowledge in confused. Thanks

Check Fuse in plug.

Open PC and see if any LEDs are lit on motherboard.
Do fans move slightly when you press on button.
