pc wont restart

i just installed windows 7 64bit ,after running a programe called reg,cure which corupted my old windows7 ,
now when pc restarts while loading windows 7, i just get a black screen and the bios wont post,unless i turn the psu of at the back, then turn it back on, it posts,i managed to set windows back up but every time i have to restart my pc for updates ect.it wont boot back up.unless i turn it off ,any ideas,

Have you tried resetting the CMOS/pulling the BIOS battery for a few minutes? I ask this because the problem your getting now doesn't sound like it could be caused by a registry cleaner, despite the fact they can do more harm than good it shouldn't stop the system from being able to POST or restart properly.

Sounds like a PSU issue to me to be honest.

What PSU are you using?

im using a coolmaster 600w,it only started after reinstalling windows.
