pc wont shut down

hi all my pc will not shut down it gets as far as turning the monitor off but all lights on mobo still on watercooler still running keyboard still on hdd light flickering
ive disabled fastboot , hibernation is off
its close to everytime i restart or shutdown
im having to hold the power button on to turn it off which in turn is ballzing up my overclock

please help :mad:

fresh install of win 10 (yesterday)

How long have you left it trying to shut down via software? Overnight?

No I haven't left it overnight but I have left it for a couple of hours

Could be an unstable overclock and a service hanging, does it happen when at stock?

Yes happens at stock as well

I've had this happen on a couple of occasions, disconnect everything from your PC except the essentials and then see if it is still an issue.

its decided to work all of a sudden after a few shutdown were it restated itself

will try unplugging everything when it start doing it again
