Hello

Not posted in GH in a long time. Recently sorted out a system, specs below. I installed windows fine then left it for a while. Now, the other night I stuck a wireless card in there and sorted that out, no problems there. I pressed shut down, it does the normal thing, then the screen goes black and it restarts. It's not the power/restart buttons, it's not a bad psu connection, I've played with the bios and nothing changes it, also I unchecked "automatic restart" on error, but it's not giving me an error or blue screen. The only solution I can see is a reinstall of windows, which would be a pain. Any ideas?

System, kit all working before:
Athlon XP 2500+
Gigabyte GA7N400-L
Cheap, unbranded PSU :/
1GB Kingston value ram
Radeon 9500
Samsung 80gig drive

Check your BIOS for Wake on Lan, or other Wake-On options. hth.
Good man, that was it! Damn bios, poorly translated, apparently disabled for that one means enabled  :D
