Pc wont shutdown?

Just got a new PC built by OCUK, everything is fine apart from when I click shutdown my pc restarts instead?... any suggestions?

Could keep an eye on this thread, but I would also leave a post about this in the OcUK Customer Service > Bundles and Systems Support section, and check for any replies regularly today:

The only reason it would restart during shutdown is either going to be some quick boot feature; it'll restart so it has a fresh version of windows in memory and then go into hibernate mode, or some sort of crash causing it to restart. Try turning off automatic restart on system failure, guide here.
