pc wont start at all?

hi,

just got back from college and pc wont start at all...

all that happens is the cpu fan spins when the psu is turned on.... dont need to switch the actually pc on for that to happen?

cant say anymore than that, as it was working fine yesterday when i used it

hopefully someone can tell me whats up as i have no idea? other than a parts got bust

Only really 2 options to go down.
Change the psu to see if its that, if its not id say dead mobo.

be difficult to find out without replacement parts, as i have recently found out.
