Hello, thanks in advance for the help!

so when I turn off my computer, it all turns off for about 5 seconds then reboots and I can’t seem to figure out why.

I had it off for about a month and a half then came back to it. On first boot up it loaded into my bios so I exited that and it loaded fine then when I went to turn it off it rebooted it self straight after. When it reboots it loads straight to windows but when I turn it off then switch it off at the mains so it doesn’t reboot the next time I turn it on it loads to bios every time.

Sounds like your BIOS/UEFI had gone corrupt hence why it auto reset to optimised defaults or something that one time and as such Wake On LAN has enabled itself. Go into the settings and turn off any wake on LAN options.

There are also mouse/keyboard power on options too in most mobos so check for those too.
