Ah I have finally finished my long winded dual loop pc build. Got all the old psu cables installed until my bespoke ones turn up. I press the power button here a click from the psu and nothing happens. Any ideas? Please click link for build log which shows spec. I feel like throwing 7 grands worth of equipment out the window :(

This sounds daft but have you checked the PSU switch on the back and made sure the motherboard is correctly connected.

Also what make is the power supply as I had issues with my EVGA PSU.

Personally I would start by unplugging everything connected to the PSU, then on the big 24 pin motherboard connector, bridge the green wire to any black one and see if the PSU powers on, that at least rules out the PSU being able to power on.

If the PSU powers on then I'd be unplugging as much as possible from the mobo and starting with the bare essentials. I appreciate pulling GPU's from a hardline loop may not be easy though.

I bridged the the psu already to get the pumps running. It's such a ****ing pain in the ass due to positioning of tubing. Guess I better get started doing process of elimination
