PC2-5300 worse for (stock) Conroe?

Thoughts?

Reading some forums, this seems to be the opinion across the boards - 533MHz (PC2-4200) is the best bet for non-OC'ed Conroe. Could save me a few quid then?

You guys going for 5-5-5-15, or 4-4-4-12? As the latter is quite a bit more expensive...

Above link seems to suggest a difference of a few fps if that =/ Damn decisions.
