PC2-8000/780i problem

Sorry dude, I don't understand what you mean. I've just finished my very first PC build. I don't know anything about 'unlinking'.

I've already set the voltages to 2.1V, but that didn't change anything. Could you explain in laymans terms exactly what I have to do? I would really appreciate it, as me and Crysis have unfinished business.
 
That sounds easy. Is there anything that could go wrong by doing that. I don't want to kill my computer.

Also, is it better to up the RAM from 800MHz to 1067MHz (which is my current FSB speed) instead of going from 800MHz to 1000MHZ. If I do that I'd be going over my RAMs stock speed, but at least my FSB:DRAM ratio would be at 1:1.

You are the man. My RAM is running at its proper speed now, and it only took me a day to figure it out!:D

Edit: one thing I did notice since restarting my PC with the new RAM speeds is that the temperatures of all four CPU cores and my GPU have all gone up by about 4-5 celsius. To be expected Isuppose

So, I just ran CPU-Z and it showed that my timings had been bumped up to something like 5-8-8-24 after going to 1000MHz. I presume these can be reduced, as the memory I have ought to run at 2.1V, 1000MHz, and 5-5-5-18 timings. Should I just go ahead and reduce the timings to OCZ specs, or should I leave them at what my computer automatically detects?

Also, its weird but CPU-Z still shows my voltages at 1.8V, and still insists that I have PC2-6400 memory.
