EDIT: Unless your planning on extreme overclocking and need to match the FSB/Ratios I wouldn't bother spending anything extra to get PC2-9200 RAM - you won't notice any performance difference to 6400 stuff.
Looks like it uses the NVIDIA® nForce 520LE chipset - nForce boards typically have issues with faster RAM speed - the higher above 667MHz RAM you go the more likely you are to run into random problems - I don't have enough experience with AMD based systems to know how much of an issue it is on them but on the intel ones it can be quite a problem.
Theres no 100% guarantee unless you can find someone else who has already done it as the QVL list on gigabytes site isn't updated... but aslong as the RAM will run at 1.8v with standard timings (most does) it should work fine.
On most gigabyte board pressing control + F1 in the main window should then unlock the extra menus inside the advanced menus to allow RAM, etc. adjustment - nothing will change on the mainscreen.
If the BIOS doesn't have such options then the only possibility would be if you can increase the FSB speed.
