PC4000 in a PC3200 motherboard?

Is this possible? as my friend wants to buy some OCZ DDR 4000 RAM but he has a mobo which can only support up to PC3200. The RAM is 184 pin, so it would fit, but the question is WILL IT WORK? ;)
 
All motherboards support up to 3200+ The 4000+ means that you can overclock higher without putting any memory deviders to go futher on the FSB.

Highly unlikely, high freq ram will have higher latencies at 200mhz than low freq ram at 200mhz
