Mushkin and OCZ do nice PC4000 modules.
Though with prices so high at the moment you could always stick with cheap PC3200 and use a divider.

I can give a big thumbs up to mushkin xp4000 redlines, love this ram good timings and high fsb speeds. As minstadave says ram is pricey at the mo so shop around, even importing can be cheaper (how i got my redlines) or use pc3200 on a divider

The Muskins have been recommended in a mag that i sometimes read. I am going to see how far i can push my OCZ first. I've probably underestimated their potential. 225mghz (not stressed though) seems like they will be good for me. These are the first paired sticks i have had. I have more than likely, overlooked their potential
