CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 (*1)

CPU Cache : L1 : 2 x 32/2 x 32 KB - L2 : 2048 KB
Core : Conroe (65 nm) / Revision : B2
CPUID : 6.F.6 / Extended : 6.F
Freq : 3220.14 MHz (460.02 * 7)
----------------------------------
MB Brand : Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd.
MB Model : 965P-S3
NB : Intel P965/G965 rev C2
SB : Intel 82801HB (ICH8) rev 02
----------------------------------
RAM Size : 2048 MB
RAM Freq : 460 MHz
RAM Type : DDR2-SDRAM Dual Channel
RAM Ratio : 1:1
RAM Timings : 5-7-7-23

Slot 2 : 1024MB (PC2-6400)
Slot 2 Manufacturer : GEIL

therefore you can see the ram is running at 460mhz at high timings to get the cpu to 3.2ghz

could i get away with running crucial 10th anniversary and still run my cpu at 3.2ghz, but ofcourse with tighter timings for quicker ram ?

Mate crucial anniversary is a lot more ocable than the Geil one despite having only PC5300 rating; it will probably run 460Mhz with 4/4/4/12.

well persoannly not sure i wold want to chance it if its rates at 667 and you want to run it 920 thats a fair overclock. or is it that good ?

It's rated for 667 at 3-3-3.

It'll tend to do 920/460MHz with some ease.
An average kit should be capable of it at 4-4-4 timings with 2.2V or less.
A below-average kit will still manage it with a slight slackening of those timings.
