Got my pc7 plus last week and it didnt come with the front fan filter, it has the black metal mesh guard and the four slots for the filter to slot into but no filter. Even the box says washable filter in front so  anyone else not get a filter with theres?

Bought mine last summer, didn't get a fan filter with mine either, seemed like quite a few people didn't get one either. Contacted Lian-Li several times but no reply!

Yeah, iirc, the inventory piece of paper (or side of the box, I forget which) lists '1x front fan filter' or something like that... :(

Got any pics?
All i have got is my normal mesh, which collects dust anyway.
And then when i take the front panel off, i have finer mesh.
Then the fan behind it.

The last 5 i`ve bought have only had the holes in the faceplate and the metal finer mesh in front of the fan

That's what Lian-Li class as fan filters, they are removable and washable.

Ive given up with my lan li case (PC60 in silver) and replaced it with a Antec Nine Hundred copy in black. I define the lan li case as boring to look at now , and the filters i never used as it made more noise, clogged up, and generally was a pain. It now sits under the stairs gathering dust as a empty shell ! :p

Mine also looks like this, didn't know this is what Lian Li call a washable filter.
I did try, once, to unscrew the front mesh, it takes the fan with it, and if your hard drive bay is full, it is very hard to try and get the screw to go back through the mesh into the fan to hold it on properly.
Hmm, i think Lian-Li need to revise this.. It is quite effective though.

I see you have your hdd light working... HOW?
The God dayyym thing won't light up on mine :(
Im prettty sure its wired right aswell.

I agree, i took mine straight out when i purchased mine. Saying that, the stock fans are loud anyway but that may just be because its a aluminium case so it vibrates more.
