pcanywhere file transfer

hello all,

have a go at this if you can.

i seem to be unable to use pcanywhere's file transfer. the verison i've got 11.0.1 and the hosts have v10. this has been fine for ages (file transfer working well) but since the start of this week we've been unable to use it.

every time we load it it closes and saids it has created a error log called awrem32.txt in program files.

I've tried to check this file but have been unable to locate it.
I've also tried their website but to no advail.

any ideas????

hay,

on further inspiction i've found the error log.

"access_violation (c00000005)"

location, program files\symantec\pcanywhere\sessionmanager.dll

any ideas what i can do now??
