Hi to spot a 290x pcb?

I am buying a use 290x that had a water block fitted, i have just paid for the PCB no block when it turns up how to i tell if its 290 flashed to a 290x or a genuine 290x?

They have dual BIOS, one can be flashed the other not, so flip the BIOS switch and check GPU-Z, if one says 2560 Stream Processors while the other 2816 its been flashed to a 290X, if both 2816 its a 290X.

As for the PCB, if reference PCB 'i don't think' they are different.
