PCI Adapter help.

Hey guys, I've finally lost all hope in USB Adapters, so it's time for me to make the move to PCI!

The thing is, I have no idea what size/connection/whatever you call it, I'm looking for, so if you could point me in the direction of some, that would be fantastic!

My router supports 5ghz, so I would like one that supports that frequency if available.

My Motherboard is a 970A-UD3P, and my case is the Bitfenix Comrade-Midi tower.

It's not the adapter interface you need to consider, it's the adopters power and it's antennae gain. Any USB base dongle with an external antennae will perform essentially the same as a PCI/PCIe adapter assuming bandwidth doesn't exceed the USB port/controller bandwidth limit.
