Pci Card with HDMI?????

No.

PCI was retired around the same time HDMI was designed (2004 vs 2002).
 
PCI editions of the low end cards are still available. There's a HD5450 and GT 610 PCI with HDMI available. The places selling them are competitors so I can't link. Expect to pay a bit more over the PCI-E versions.
