Hello all i've just installed a HIS ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO into a HP Compaq dc7100 Intel® 915G chipset which has gone ok but for some reason Device manager is telling me theres a driver missing for a PCI device which would be the graphics card as it the only PCI card

have installed the latest ATI drivers plus tried drivers on cd but still know go

audio working ok with on board as it has a case speaker plus i use a set of usb speakers which are ok

belarc advisor (or the other one which is recommended on this site, but can't remember what it is) will tell you what the device is.

Just because you only have one pci card inserted doesn't mean that it's the only device on the pci bus.

The "HIS ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO" has "Built-in HDMI with HDCP and 5.1 surround audio", the HDMI audo is probably from Realtek, you can download the drivers from the link below, just look for this entry (ATI HDMI Audio Device) in the driver list.

Realtek HD Audio Drivers

Hope this helps!
