HI,
My brother want to buy a new video card and replace his old 7300GT, but he want the new 9600gt, its posible to run this card on this motherboard D101GGC, I know pcie2.0 can run on pcie1.1 but I dont think this motherboard is 1.1... I belive is one of the first one PCIe... it doesnt even run "conroes" do you guys thinks its posible to make it run in this board???
 
I know PCI-E 2.0 is backwards compatable all the way to 1.0 (which that board is), so it may work straight off, or it may just need a BIOS update, im not 100% sure though.
