PCI-E 8 pin: 2 cables in 1 socket - does this look right?

Just bought a Corsair M PSU and had this cable. I don't think it looks right. Thoughts?

Are you referring to the missing sense pin? Missing to limit the current the card will demand?

I see now, two wires into the same pin location. Definately doesn't look right.

Yeah I'm referring to the missing pin on the bottom right. Not sure which one that corresponds to. It's a Corsair CX550M PSU, so potentially that could be a reason. The socket above it literally has 2 cables stuffed into it though.
