i have a bit of a dilemma, im having some issues with my 8800GTS, its EVGA KO edition, it absolutely will not overclock at all, not even 1Mhz (i have never heard of a GPU that won't go 1Mhz higher), everytime i try with either rivatuner or ATItool it freezes and gives me blue screen for a split second (with loads of white writing), this is my question, the card came with molex > PCI-E adaptor thing, is this any different than using the PCI-E lead from my PSU cause there is case fan too close to PSU and i cannot plug the 6-pin connector in either of the ports on PSU, im 99% sure my PSU is upto the job (520W OCZ modstream) of handling the 8800GTS, so im suspecting something else is going on here

aww but my glowy case fan :( must admit they picked a bleeding stupid play to put the case fan, right infront of PSU

Edit: and would power issues cause the problems i described, if not any ideas?
