I own an Antec NeoPower 480W (not the models currently on sale, the original Neopower, bought about 18 months ago), and it doesn't have any of those even though it's ATX2.0. If I upgrade to a PCI-E motherboard, will I still be able to use it (perhaps with an adapter or something?) or will I need a new PSU?

I can't speak for all graphics cards, but the Connect3D x1800xt I got last week came with a power cable connecter thingy, connects to any standard molex and has a PCI-E bit on the other end to stick in your card. So yeah, you should be able to at least buy an adapter somewhere.

Excellent, that's reassuring! So the ATX 2.2 spec that some PSUs are now supporting isn't anything much to worry about I assume?
