pci-e SATA RAID card question.

Hi chaps, I'm looking to get a SATA RAID card and this one seems to fit the bill nicely. My mobo doesn't have any pci-e x4 lanes but I do have two unused pci-e x16 graphics card lanes (spec in sig by the way). Can I use this controller card in one of those? Thanks for your help!
