PCI-E soundcards and PCI-E bus frequency

Hi

Just wondering that as i have my PCI-E bus frequency set to 107 (which soited a x16 -> x1 link width problem), might this have any adverse effect on a PCI-E soundcard?.

I doubt it. I don't think it'll increase the latency, which is what you need to worry about with PCI-E soundcards.
