PCI-E to molex or sata?

Does such a beasty exist?
I have a spare pcie gfx cable coming out of my psu and was thinking of using this to power a hdd or 2 can`t see any that go this way,plenty molex to pcie but none the other way round
Or are the volts not correct to allow this?

Other wise it looks like it will have to be more molex to sata extensions,which I was trying to cut down on

PCI-E power cables only supply 12v, whereas SATA and Molex both carry 12v and 5v (And Sata technically should have 3.3v but most devices don't use it)
