PCI-E TV card

Is there any PCI-E TV cards I can stick in my Mac Pro? I know a few months ago there was none.

If not what would be the best USB one?

Did not really want to have it sticking out the back and I have had problems with a usb TV stick before on a PC, but that was of course an older generation. If I have no choice I can live with a USB one

What about this one 'Hauppauge WinTV HVR900 USB2'?

On the USA site they have the WinTV-HVR-950 using eyeTV software

On the UK site they have what seems the be the older WinTV-HVR-900 with their own software.

The reason I want both is because I want to be able to pick up sky channels which is sent around the house through the aerial cable.

If they are the same products I guess that I need to find out which version of the eyeTV package the hauppauge card comes with.
