PCI-E without PSU power

hey guys, a pal of mine has a pci-e card that doesnt use extra power from the psu, but it seems to have died. he needs a fairly cheap card that he can replace this with, without having to buy a new PSU. He only plays warcraft and the odd game of tf2, so it doesnt need to be cutting edge. any ideas? TIA.

That was a 4650, make sure you get a 4670 with GDDR3.

EVEN IF THE POWER CABLE DOES NOT COME OUT THE PSU FOR THE SPECIFIC GFX CARD THE GFX CARDS WILL HAVE MOLEX TO 6/8 PIN PCI-E CONNECTORS ANYWAY
