Hey guys

After my last thread on the upgrade I was pointed at the Nvidia 570 or the Ati 6970. This will be purchased in mid December to take advantage of the expected 7000 series price drops/sales.

Question is will my Motherboard - Gigabyte EX58-DS4 - with a 16x PCI Express 2.0 port work with the 2.1 Card?

Google says yes but I trust your guys more :-)

As a side note, will the 6970 stop being sold by OCUK once the 7k series is out?
 
Cost?? I am going to look more into it tomorrow. What are the expected prices?

From my other post people are saying once the 7k series is out the others will drop in price. I understand about the stock I hope I will be able to get a bargain.

Is there an expected price list for the 7ks??
