PCI Express 3.0 - Much Difference ?

Hi all, I have recently purchased a New style motherboard which has the PCI Express 3.0 and yesterday received a GTX680 card.
My question is what are the benefits of 3.0 ? does it really make much difference in performance ????

Much like PCI-E 2.0 was, at the time, a little upgrade. I don't think you will find a GPU thats going to come anywhere close to maxing out the bandwidth.

youd need to be running 3x or 4x gpu's to max it out
