I have the Foxconn A7VMX-K motherboard with the HD 6450 graphics card plugged in the PCI-E x16 slot which leaves PCI-E 2.0 x1 and PCI slot available to use.

I want to plug in my new TL-WDN4800 wireless card but which slot should I plug it in and will it reduce the internet speed due to slower PCI/E slot bandwidth?

The card slots into PCI-E x1 perfectly but since it has less bandwidth than PCI-E x16 slot which is taken up by the HD 6450 graphics card, will the network card reduce the internet speed I receive?

No, because the card only has an 1X connector on it, so sticking it in to the 16X slot wont magically make it faster.
