PCI-Express Upgrade

Ok guys,

Pretty basic question really, to upgrade to a PCI-Express system what stuff needs upgrading?

Im guessing, the Motherboard, Graphics Card and Power supply?
Does the CPU?

Thanks everyone, and how much performance gain do you gain from an average PCI-E system compared to an AGP?

Hey guys, thanks for replying to my post, i almost completely forgot that i'd posted it! Whoops!

Ok i think i'll save over the summer and get it all upgraded, time to future-proof!
