Any idea if PCI motherboard diagnostic cards work on modern motherboards? also do they give enough information to be able to tell if the cpu or memory is an issue (ie motherboard itself is fine).
Everytime I come across a faulty motherboard, it always feels like its a bit of guesswork as to whether thats actually the problem so I am thinking about getting one of these.
