I've just been upgrading my pc and locating it in my new house.
Whilst the graphics are nice and shiny, the usb dongle doesn't seem to handle being that bit further away from the modem (Thomson DE0B0B v7 - free with plusnet). It's only about 20 - 30m away, but separated by a couple of walls.
My laptop has a a good signal in the new room, but the pc barely finds it. It finds the network over the road a better option!
I was wondering what network card you'd recommend to give me a decent signal.
