pci or built in LAN?

quick one, ive got one of those Asrock dual agp/pci-e boards with a CABNE 146, and was wondering whats faster, the onboard 10/100 port, or to stick one of my D-Link DGE-530T gig cards in a pci slot?

the connections for internet, 22mbit/1mbit

For just connecting to the internet, it won't make the slightest bit of difference. If you have another PC you'll be sharing files with and you've got a gigabit switch, then go with the GigE card.
