Hi guys,

Got a quick question for you. The question is regarding an old computer, it's a dell that goes by the name Dimension 8400. Is my graphics card ATI Radeon X850XT a PEG or PCI card. Currently the BIOS is selected at PEG. I just want to double check because at one point my system kept crashing and eventually I had to do a complete reinstall of the OS so I also reset the BIOS settings to manufacturer defaults. Cause these days I can't even watch a video using firefox without experiencing sound delays, choppy playback and constant lag. Probably has more to do with the CPU but just incase. CPU speed is 3.4GHZ

Because PCI is different to PCI Express. And graphics cards inbetween those two generations used to use AGP slots. Have you played with the hardware acceleration settings on the videos you're watching?
