pci or usb for wireless

Hey guys. Just finished htpc of and need to make it wireless.

Would you go pci wireless or get a usb dongle ?
Any recommendations would be great. Thanks

In before the 'cable it' crowd.

I'd recommend a PCI card and external aerial. Much more stable and less likely to fall out or be damaged. Some even come with a wee extension for the aerial.
