PCI Power Cables

Hi,
I have a bit of a problem.

I recently bought a new graphic card (GTX 680), got it all installed but need to connect it up to power.

My Power supply is OCZ OCZ700MXSP-UK 700W ModXStream Pro Power Supply

The PSU was supplied with two PCI Express cables. A Female 6pin - Female 6 pin and Female 8 pin - Female 7 pin but this card needs two 8 pins.

Despite my best efforts of searching the web "almost two hours non stop" I cant find anywhere that sells a Female 8 pin "to connect to the psu" to female 8 pin "to connect to graphic card".

Any help would be much welcomed.

I thought graphics cards came with power cables?

(I haven't splashed out on a new card for a while so I may be mistaken... :p)

Will this do?

EDIT: I just noticed that link I've put up is male to female - But I wonder why you need two females in the first place?

EDIT2: How about this? :p

gpus are female
the pci cables are males
you need a 6pin female to 8 pin male adaptor yes? like above?

if both of yourt pci cables were 8 pin they'd fit correctly now yes? so a 6 to 8 pin addaptor is needed

the psu cable pushes into the slow on your gpu...

Though i don't wish to sound annoying, and i know i have troubles explaining myself sometimes "Today has been a very long and tiring day".

As Space in my PC is limited the last thing i want to do is start buying lots of adapters or longer needed cables but i would also like to get a order in before 4pm so hopefully i could get it by tomorrow *As i had to wait a month without a pc for this card^^*

Perhaps at the start i explained myself wrong, i just amused both sides were female.

I very clearly looked at the connector that goes into the PSU and GPU, This is what i saw.

Square, Triangle, Triangle, Square
Triangle, Square, Square, Triangle PSU Side

Triangle, Triangle, square, Square
square, Triangle, Triangle, Triangle GPU Side

All i would like is another one of these cables, but 8 pins on both sides.

If i have no explained myself or is not understanding correctly thats fine, just say "Your a fool, buy this cable it will work" and i will do so ^^

if you want one straight from psu to gfx card your more than likely going to have to get one off your psu manufacturer.

most people just buy the adpaters as listed earlier in the thread.

but wouldnt buying an adapter reduce performance ? Though i dont know much about cables, if there are only 6 pins for example going into the PSU dosn't that limit the max output that cable can deliver ?

an adaptor wont reduce performance, as long as you get the correct voltage/amps to the card

its not like you'd be piggybacking of a molex connecter, your using your 2 pci addaptors

a 700 watt psu will power ANY single card, even my 550 ocz i had was suppose to power any single card, i now have a 750watt ocz powering 2 gtx 470s

after a google image i see what you mean about 2 8 pin connecters on your psu output, but unless you have them then its either an adaptor or contact ocz
