PCI Riser with flexible lead?

I've got a very small mini-itx chassis with a intel atom motherboard inside. The board has a pci slot which I'd love to use but can't because of the chassis size.

I'd need some sort of riser card that I can connect to the motherboards pci slot and then feed the wiring out the back somehow. Probably have to mod the case.

Anyway does anyone know if something like this exists? Suggestions for where I might find one?

What exactly are you trying to plug in as may be a better solution depending on the other cards dimensions?

Otherwise I am not that clued in sorry.

Yeah it helps if we know what you're trying to do. Is it a card you already have, or one you want to order? Will it not fit because the bracket is too long, or is the motherboard not close enough?

Thanks for the replies guys.

Basically there's a specific pci video card I want to use with the pc. It won't fit in the chassis tho. The only way I can see to use it is with a riser solution?

I'm not bothered having the video card hanging outside the chassis. The whole thing will be in a box anyway.
