PCI simple Communications Controller

I have a Gigabyte 965P-DS3 and I have an unknown device in Device Manager, does anyone know what it is or if there is a driver for it. I'm pretty sure it's something on the motherboard because the only cards I have plugged in are a GeForce 8800 GTS and a Sound Blaster Audigy.

its usually a modem, like a 56k modem etc..

That was my first thought but there are no modems of any sort connected to my computer.
